Walt started in the restaurant business at the age of 15. He moved on to a 5 star restaurant for 10 years working his way up to the position of assistant manager. He left that position to assume the role of Manager at another 5 star restaurant, the Station Break Café in Pittsburgh where he worked for 3 years. He soon was asked to work at a bagel chain and held both jobs working 5 A.M. to 1 A.M. five days a week.After 3 years of  this dual role, he went to work for Einstein’s, a national bagel company, starting as a General Manager and working his way up to Regional Manager. He was with this chain for 8 years before being hired away by CiCi’s to become the Operating Partner for Pennsylvania. He brings a wealth of experience to his new position as Cici’s Operating Partner for the state of West Virginia.
