The ideal candidate will set the standard in the community for leadership and involvement within civic groups and charities while demonstrating a high level of superior Guest Relations, Employee Relations, Budget Control (P & L), Scheduling and Forecasting Accuracy, Communication , Marketing and Organizational Skills. The position of Manager requires a strong drive with skills in building sales inside and outside of your unit as well as expertise in Management Development and Leadership being a must.
No experience with the CiCi’s Pizza system is required-as we teach you that. Food service experience is preferred. You MUST, however, be willing to work hard to accomplish goals and make a significant contribution to our success.
